Purpose of the Job: Managing the organization relationships with its Partners. Summary of tasks: Account Manager is responsible of but not limited to: - Building long-term relationships with a group of partners and generally stay with partners for the length of their relationship with the organization. - Generating sales among all partners accounts, specifying goals, and finding new business and potential partners. - Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers. - Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. - Communicates Partners needs and demands to other teams withing the organization and ensuring the fulfillment of those needs. - Forecasts and tracks client account metrics. - Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing Partners. The Ideal Candidate, who possesses the following: - Account Management Experience. - Client-Focused Solutions Experience. - Project Management Skills. - Ability to Communicate Partners Needs within the organization clearly and informatively. - Ability to Influence partner using various communication skills such as persuading, Negotiation skills. - Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously. - Active Listening Skills. - Time Management Skills. The position is available in multiple cities across the kingdom.
