• Main Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain an effective Recruitment process for both internal and external placements • Develop a strategy to meet the Quarterly/Annual recruitment needs of the Company • Effectively utilize and manage recruitment channels – print and electronic media, job portals, job fairs, Employee referrals, recruitment agencies • Meet COMPANY standards on all job advertisements • Complete the weekly ‘Recruitment Status Update’ report • Interface with HRDF, TAQAT, Academic and Vocational Institutions on Saudization • Plan and arrange local and overseas Recruitment trips • Liaise with designated Agencies in recruiting Countries to ensure work visa issues are smoothly resolved • Liaise with approved recruitment agencies (both local and overseas) for manpower selection.
